The second edition of the competition will be held nationally and internationally. Directors and students from the Turkic countries can participate in the competition. Within the scope of the competition, films will compete in fiction and documentary categories on humans, culture, and society. The pre-selection jury, consisting of experts in the field, will watch the films. The final jury will be selected from the cinema and academic fields. For the short film competition, 10 films in the fiction and documentary categories will be shortlisted. Three contestants winning awards in each category will be invited to Konya, films will be shown and interviews will be held with both jury members and winners.
